1. Introduction and Acceptance

Bad888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, where it determines that these Terms have been breached, where prohibited conduct is detected, where compliance obligations require account closure, or where the account has been inactive for a continuous period of 24 months without a positive balance. Where an account is closed by bad888 for reasons other than breach of Terms, any verified cleared balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method.

13. Governing Law and Disputes
